Leadership can be lonely. By the time most leaders reach out, they’ve carried more than anyone knows. We take that trust seriously. Weary Lands Coaching exists to give you a safe place to set the weight down, tell the truth, and find the way forward.

What you share with us stays with us. We never discuss your name, your story, or your organization with anyone, including your board, your staff, or your friends, without your permission. If your organization sponsors your coaching, we agree up front on what we will report (usually just attendance or progress), and you’ll know exactly what that is. We break confidentiality only in the rare cases the law and our professional ethics require: when someone’s safety is at risk, or when a court compels us.

We bring the same care to this website. We collect only what you choose to give us, such as your name and email through our contact form, and we use it only to reply to you. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
